When you contact the shop or request an appointment, you may provide contact details, vehicle information, and a description of the work you need. Provide only information relevant to your request. Do not send payment-card details or other sensitive information through a general message.

Scheduling is provided through Tekmetric. The website may also display Google Maps, a Google review integration, and a chat service. Interacting with these tools can send information to their providers, whose own privacy terms apply. You can call ZBT directly if you prefer not to use an online form.
